*Summary:* The overall response time to the secret shopper leads test from
the staff at AOB Med Spa was excellent. It is by far one of the best
responses performed out of all the clients we have ever done. Not only was
there a text message sent within minutes of the lead being submitted, there
were also calls and voicemails. In addition, there were also several follow
up phone calls, emails and voicemails left.

*Areas that require attention and can be improved by the staff at AOB Med
Spa:*

· The only area that may need some minor adjustment is in the text
messages. While AOB Med Spa had follow up phone calls, emails and
voicemails, there were no follow up text messages.

· We would suggest mentioning promotions and discounts in either
text messages, emails and voicemail or calls to the lead. Incentives such
as these tend to convince leads to sign up at a higher rate than those who
are not offered any promos, specials or discounts.
