Do what you can do to exclude Hispanics who do not speak English. So exclude anyone not using English Google.

Keep the 15 miles radius around Greenwood Village. Please increase bids if a lead is coming from this location.

Greenwood Village, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, Highlands Ranch, Denver, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, Littleton, Englewood.

Please exlude the following
Here are the 10 worst neighborhoods in Denver according to data:

  2. Capitol Hill
  3. Northern Denver
  4. City Park
  5. Jefferson Park
  6. Baker
  7. Northwestern Denver
  8. Alamo Placita
  9. Five Points

(1.) The leads are non-responsive. I know this for sure because I am often the first person who gets the leads as many come in at all hours of the day and night.

I am tethered to the system after hours/weekends/holidays, so I reach out usually within 5 minutes, unless I’m asleep from 11-7.

We are reaching out to these people by text/phone/email several times throughout the week. If they don’t respond after a week, about 6-7 touches, they get
put into a drip campaign and we don’t reach out again until an event.

The large majority of these leads are dead before they arrive for some reason, they are the worst leads we have ever had in history.

We need these leads to change immediately, as we have been closed for 2 months and we need good leads to get back on our feet financially.

My team is absolutely amazing at booking hot leads, and we are all spinning our wheels to get them in and it’s not working.

2.)  We are located in a very upscale community called Greenwood Village. I’m not being judgey or racist, but just giving you the facts, it is almost 90% white caucasian.
It is a suburb of Denver, highly educated and high incomes. That ends up being our demographic in our practice. These are the people you need to be driving to our
practice. The leads your campaign is sending us is exactly the opposite.
If I had to guess, the leads are maybe 75% hispanic. They don’t book, and if they do, they don’t show. If they do show, they don’t buy because they
cannot afford CS and can’t qualify for Greensky or Care Credit, we offer both. These leads are not qualified and don’t fall into any target we should be marketing to.
Some do not speak English, and we have no one in our office that is bi-lingual. These leads are a giant waste of our entire team’s time.

3.)  Locator: The leads are not coming from our target community or even Denver. The majority of the leads are coming from very far away. i.e.Fort Collins, Fort Morgan.
Many of them that do book, book a Zoom call because they don’t want to drive all that way.
      Please primarily target:
Greenwood Village, Centennial, Cherry Hills Village, Highlands Ranch, Denver, Lone Tree, Castle Rock, Littleton, Englewood.
      Income: $150K and above
Education: College degree or at least some college
      Within 15 miles
We love men and want more, but we are about 2/3 female
      Age: 25-65

4.)  Fear of coming in myth: We are not NYC. Colorado has never had the cases/deaths that many other states have, so our patients are not fearful. I would say only about
10% of our clients say they want to postpone until June, the other 90% are wanting to get in and they think this whole COVID thing has been blown way out of
proportion and they want to get their lives back to normal. Most of our patients did not lose their jobs, they have just been working from home (most patients who are allowed
to do their jobs from a laptop at home are the top 37% income) so there is not a money issue at all. In fact, many of our patients had summer vacations planned
that got cancelled, and they now have that vacation money to spend on high ticket items. Dr. Kotelko has been booked solid with botox/injectables since we re-opened
so much so that he is working 6 days a week without a break because there was such a pent up demand.

5.)  I have 6 machines and 4 Coolsculpting Specialists, one of them has the high distinction of being a “Master Coolsculpter”
I have my TOP Sales person/manager on all the leads and consults now, in person and on Zoom.
If anyone can sell the people you are sending, she can, but they aren’t buying. If she does get them to buy, they are very small packages, like
4 cycles for the chin.  She can easily sell very large packages to the right candidates, but these people are not that.

6.)  Facebook: We had agreed last month to not spend any more money on Facebook. I have told you from the beginning there is something wrong
with our page, as it generates no leads, and again, if we do get any leads, they are hispanic and many do not speak English. Take a look at any
“likes” on the FB ads, they are mostly hispanic. Can’t your developer fix this? I also don’t want to pay the $600 for the Facebook ad, as we clearly
discussed stopping those ads, and even had discussed adding that money to more google ads.

7.)  We have a great promotion from Allergan going on now, and we are offering the additional discounts, so there’s never been a better time to buy,
      but they are not.

8.)  Extra $1250 this month. What will that charge be for in May?

Ok, gotta run, will call you at 4pm MST today, thanks.
