This is what our organic leads looked like previously before starting with your company, so we had a very 

good identification process of where the leads were coming from, and it gave us all the info we need to book

via text if a patient prefers.

Now these leads are coming in as leads that look like yours but aren’t because they want other services.

Just trying to help get our organic leads back in this way.

I wonder if we could have a chat with you today?

These are the leads we are getting and it does not differentiate what services the patient is interested in,

so it is hindering our ability to immediately reach out with CS appt. times, as when we have to ask them what services

they are interested in, they tend to not respond.

We need to have clear services and a bit more information.

I believe our organic leads are now going into this funnel, and we want to keep them separated.

I will send you a copy of what our normal organic leads look like, as that is preferred.

Looking forward to the lead gen form getting cleaned up, will that be today?
