GTM & CallRail?

Do we have access to their GTM account because I do NOT see it on their spreadsheet.
Or are we going to create another one for them? What about their callrail account?
In the spreadsheet, you have Call rail
user - aobmarketng2018@gmail.com
Password = aobmarketing#2018
But that combination is NOT working.

So i'm a little confused on how this process works with sub-domains. Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris when setting up gtm for the "cointaner" do we use the SUB-DOMAIN example: go.blueorchid or do we do blueorchid.com 

That's why I haven't assigned the GTM task yet. I need to know this answer!

The reason we haven't assigned a task to create a GTM yet when working with sub-domaines is because we do not have the final URL for the site yet.

Good to know. If it were a site/ URL we have access to, we could do it asap.

Perhaps Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector next time you set up a gtm can you create a video for Christina Christina just to show her how the GTM process is, and why it's important for our clients .

Hector you can still set it up early and send the code to isaac just program the final url in the gtm and that will carry over

Thanks! This is a big reason why I want to go through the client on-boarding sheet in more detail bc (while I know each client is different) I'd like to be familiar with what to do when.

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris , FYI, I created a GTM for this client. However, they already have one. I know we may be using the new one for the other domain. Still, I wanted to let you know just in case.

I am seeing 2 GTM's now. The new one I created, plus the old one is still there. 
Do we need Isaac to remove it?
