Issue with Coolsculpting page

I just saw the same thing = http://avalonmedicalspa.net/coolsculpting/
Their home page says "Site under construction" so I wonder if that has to do with it.

Shane  - I do not control the page. Only 2 clicks in the last 7 days. See what you can do to turn up the traffic. It looks like the tried to redesign the website. Looks like shit. 

Chris  They are at 90% impression share. It's just crickets out there for Coolsculpting searches right now. Can we go to a 15 or even 20 mile radius? Right now they're at 10.
