👋 Should There be a Pop-up?

Chris, while checking out reasons why this client had no conversions this week I was wondering about the pop-up. When you visit them at http://avalonmedicalspa.net/coolsculpting/ there is NO POP UP at all. Is there or should there be one?
Just wanted to bring this to your attention.

BTW, I tried it on Mobile and the pop up came up after about 5 to 8 seconds so the problem is on Desktop.
BUT.. When I tried it using the link from the Google Ad Campaign, the CS POP UP did not show up.

I will try that. However, I used private browsers to offset the cookies. That generally does the trick.
I reported this last week as an issue in the Weekly website audit.
In any case, I will try that and see if that works.

I tried it on my end.. The pop up showed in 15-20% scroll

It appears that the Pop Up takes a few seconds longer than usual to show up. I am seeing it now as well.
