Dolph has a question about leads having gone down in WH (but are climbing back up lately)
Vania let him know the budgets for specifically WH, and also let him know there were some seasonal issues.
They would like some advice on how to generate more leads for the new Yong and Steeles location. Vania suggests renaming them by neighborhood rather than cross-streets or to add them together.
They say their M8 for Toronto is doing really well--probably one of their most popular.
Vania let them know they should expect CS to go down a bit, in response to a question about ramping them up. She suggested a membership that includes CS, to help combat the incoming slow season. She suggested focusing on Hydrafacial, tox, and weight-loss.
She suggested a TB for hydrafacial to remind people we have it, to boost some sales, and have some cross-selling opportunities.
They suggest doing a blast to advertise their summer sale instead.
Vania also suggested a CS raffle, or some other conversation starter. Maybe a pool party thing promotion? Dolph said he had lots of success with this.
Vania offered a TB with promoting new financing / finance your CS package, as another idea to help with CS.

Jessica will also make them a column for their phone leads, too, between New Leads and In Convo, and set up an auto tag, so they can be auto tagged as "phone leads" once thrown into the column, and send them a follow-up text 2 days later.
They want to advertise chin and jawline filler--Vania suggested doing this on META, with a video of a handsome guy getting the treatment. Dolph will send us videos for this. We can do all new and fresh creatives to get through the slow season.\
