They can rename it as long as that person has Manager and higher status. We can do it for them if they wish. They need to add us as Site Managers to their GMB page.

Woe, wait. If it's a different address then we may have to go through other hurdles. Not 100% sure. But I believe we may need to verify ownership - they will. Via a text, postcard or something. 
I cannot truly say until I start digging into the GMB and poke around. 
Let me send the request for site manager access. Then, we can worry about the other technical stuff later.
