The overview should be posted right away since it can help us know what to focus on. I am seeing a ton of unassigned tasks that I need to know if we are actually going to do. Especially in marketing. I believe we are not doing any for them.

that is not why I was asking though. I was doing some maintenance on our Uptimerobot accounts and needed space. They have changed their pricing. We used to get 100 websites for only $84 a year. Now it is only 50 websites for $254 a year. 
In any event, I managed it yesterday for now.
