👎 Number - Call Rail Problem
Chris, while doing the OptinMonster & CallRail audit I found some issues with C.I.Medspa
1.) Their website has the phone number all the way at the bottom of the page. (No number at the top or anywhere)
2.) On the bottom, the number is NOT changing. The number there - 312-255-1495 - goes directly to the spa - Does not appear on CR.
3.) Calls & Leads to the spa are not being recorded because of that.
That means most of the leads coming in from us may not show up on CallRail. Not sure if you are aware of this or if it's supposed to be like this.

Yes, I know.. So does that mean none of the leads they get from us will be on the netsertive account? And shouldn't the number change anyway? How do we track our leads to them in CR?
