It appears that you need a new payment method on the account.
Since Chris or Medstar are not added as payment users, we are unable to update the payment method.
There's one trick that generally works without having to add a new CC.
You log into the account, hit the RED FIX IT button and then submit payment.
In most cases, if there are funds on the credit card, that will fix it.
