End of Service Notice

J: Notice of termination 

Been super happy but a few weeks ago was asking about the full-service package. 

Needed help with social media, email marketing, etc. that we wanted to add on. 

You did give us some options, but we wanted a more comprehensive package. 

It is time to move on to someone else 

W: We understand, and we are sad to see you go. Who is the business? 

J: We’ve compared the pros and cons, we just don’t have the time to do interval things ourselves. You all have done stuff for us but we just feel it is time to terminate. I can’t release the name yet. I need to connect you two so that we can work through the transition. 

W: You own everything, it will be an easy transition. We will let you use the app

For another 30 days while you transition, then we will give you a heads up when that will be taken back. 

J: Okay is that the high-level? The notice is a 30 day Notice.

W: One thing about social media, is that it is all a guess game. It is too bad though, because we are just starting to take clients on now. 

J: We want to and have known that you have provided a lot of value to us, but where we are now, it just isn’t meeting the needs that we need now. 

What's the name of the host for our website?

W: WP Engine, we will transition over smoothly for you. Any time and when you want, we will be here for you. 

J: Yeah if you transition into all the social media stuff we will be happy to come back, you all have been amazing, there are no hard feelings. 

W: I can show you our work, but this is a new development in Medstar but it is more so just me and Alyssa who manage it. If you like our work, we can give you a good deal. If not then we can plan on you transitioning in September.

J: I may need to jump on a call at the termination. 

W: Chris may try to keep you on. I’m more worried about you.

J: I was just the one doing the email and I just don’t have the time, I just want to hold it over to somebody, which is why I initially reached out. I didn’t want it to be a here and there thing, I wanted it to be a comprehensive package. If you do then we will consider coming back. All right I’ll talk to you soon.
