GMB Account suspended
Hey
Chris
and
whitney.zelig@gmail.com
Checking today I noticed that this client's Google My Business page has been suspended.
The message from Google is as follows - "This location has been suspended due to quality issues."
Just making sure you guys know about it to see if you want to inform the client right away.

** After looking at their location more intently, I am noticing that it could be because of that. When you go on their site and click on the address, it takes you to a Ingber Michael S MD and a different website - https://specializedwomenshealth.com. Still, even though I edited the address, it will not change. The suspension has to be appealed.

Suspended business listings
If we remove a listing: The public can't access the listing anymore. The owner and managers can't take actions on its behalf, though they can still make edits and appeal to be reinstated. If the listing is reinstated, we'll also reinstate the owner and managers.
If we remove the owner’s Google Account: We'll also remove all of the listings owned by that user. If we reinstate the owner’s Google Account, we'll also reinstate the listings.
If we remove a manager’s Google Account: We'll suspend the manager on the listings they manage, but the listings themselves will be unaffected. If we reinstate the manager’s Google Account, the manager will automatically regain managerial access to the listings.
DO you recall if they shared the access with us OR if we made it for them?
If it was their old marketing company- maybe they did something
They shared the access with us.
This page has all the information already added to it such as days open, closed, services they provide and so on. That info was there before we gained access to the account. It is on the client, not us. Something they did. The question is trying to figure out what it was exactly.
I believe I pinpointed the problem with this account.
After continuing to review Google's long and boring (and unhelpful) links, I zeroed in on the restricted content guidelines.
It appears that COR Medspa has PRP listed on their GMB page. I am not 100% sure, but I believe this may be the source of the problem.
I have sent an email to the COR Med team informing them of this issue and how to appeal.
Will keep you posted once I hear from them.
Hopefully the page will get reinstated once this has been fixed.
