W- *updates Chris on the leads complaints* Ads are paused by request. It’s really hard for us to judge the quality of ads over 5 days. The longer a campaign can run the more data it gets to run better. Body contouring leads take 30-60 days to convert so it takes 30-60 days for a consumer to shop around then make an appointment. Botox is a smaller turn around.

W - We’d love to see them run 30 days so we can get round data
17 leads at $30 dollars a lead, 8 % conversion. One of the cheapest leads in the nation. You have a great market. Not a lot of ppl are bidding in it so it’s excellent.
Neo is a little higher per click but about half still not a bad market
145 cost per conversion, 1 call, 1 form fill for about 5 days this is normal.
What I look at is the conversion rate, #! thing.
There are ads that your team was still running. I told you id do the tummy tuck nee to confirm that for you
Efface, 7-8% conversion rate, 3 calls 2 form fills.
C- I see you have a Spanish campaign.

F- no but we make it work!
W- thank you for the detailed notes. I’m really impressed and it helps us to otpitmisze our campaign on our end. Have you accounted the calls that have been coming in in particular the 10 cs calls.
F-how do we discern (your leads and ours)
C- we can run a tracking number.
F- it’s how we’ve done it in the past. A tracking number
But that becomes confusing father patient. Tot he best or our ability have answered every phone call.

F- she wanted weight loss bariatric, not body sculpting

C- for us to be able to tell, knowing what’s going on on our end, I see generating leads for x amount of cost. But what’s going on your end. Can we see the notes in call *click on number 3 under name*

We are running ads to ppl who are searching for these specific terms. People have so many distractions sometimes they forget. We don’t have a BMI filter.
F- or a money filter either! We’d be on another planet.
I’m so glad, Chris you’re on the call rn, the only thing that is keeping me from losing my mind is your reputation. Ppl have been telling me about you since 2017. There was a company that btl recommended that had this same interface but they were completely fake. Spark? We were getting all theses leads with people who weren’t the right lead, and I’m having PTSD. I’m really glad you’re on the call.
C- we’ll get this dialed in. Whiney nicol and our ad ops guy are extremely good. If we can add other value int he surgical areas that would be really helpful
F- Caitlin is on phones hwe can tell you her experience. We were getting leads but the quality was so so . No one wanted to come in. No ones seem they were interested int eh free consult and 100 excuses about it. She answer the phone for the most part, even if we didn’t use your system I called everyone back and I got the same sense. I had the same thing with spark but with them it never progressed.
Caitlin - we understand if it takes a few weeks.
F- we are on it. If I see a lead in my; phone we get in touch right awa. We really want this to be good!
C- it droves me crazy that ppl go online, type these terms, go on the website. the thing with spark is it’s a form lead but we send ppl to a landing page, but usually w/ volume…
F- that’s fine, first its’ gettin the lead, lead for the right thing. 2 from nowt his geographic area one in ikinasas city one in AZ, others saying I’m out of town rn, I’ll call you later, gut they don’t call back. I know the quality of lead tends to improve, but I’m grateful you guys understand where we are, this is not spark.
W- when we first started this biz, when I first aired 5 yeras ago following up with a lead was 10x easier than it is now. So much going on in notification. I’m not sharing my cam b/c I’m covering in hives, Walgreens wants me to pick up, I’m so tired from my allergies ai don’t won’t to go to Walgreens. It’s so difficult no a days, but ppl they need this. That’ why we create this system, and honestly, we sound like a broken record. We noticed 30 days is enough dates, 60 days is better, 90 days is when you really start to see these patients. This month’s patients are last month’s leads. It takes them 30 days to research is this right for me? They price shop. Look at your reviews.

F- we aren’t taking this litgtly, she’s good at being on the phone, getting the info we need. We really want to grow the non-surgical to what the potential will be.
W- we take this very seriously.
F- I have to think back and remember
W- you’re not wrong for being upst3e and a lot of ppl come to us with ptsd and it’s sad. If we can provide value in other places - but you have to give this ad campaign time. If there’s any way we can assist you’ I am an expert at monthly specials, at text blasts. If you wanted to do that while these leads warm up.
Email blasts are 20% open rate text are 99$% open crate so we’ve switched to that “spring into a summer body” 3-4 sales on a text blast, a great way to remind your current database that you exist. I keep forgetting that my allergy
F- how?
W - do you have a texting software?
We create a new account in gal system that’s different form incoming leads b/c there are new laws that we want to be careful of, if too many ppl say STOP, it happens in any text message marketing, but if more than 1% they’ll turn off account for 24 hours then turn it back on. We keep it separate, I’d help you come up with some non surgical sales, botox, filler, body contouring package, if you ever do get semaglutied we’ve seen results for that, then once they get their ideal weight here comes the tummy tuck, then the efface and emsculpt. When I get to my goal weight my cc looks so scary.
So I love to do that for you while you’re waiting. I suggest a text blast every other month or every quarter. My clients will do bi-annual sale for Black Friday then summer when everyone is on vacation.
F- where do you go in account
W- we set it up for you. We have a one time set up fee then you get to use it as much as you want in the future. We deisgn the artwork, I workscmith it for you. Then we test it out. If one sale tanks then scratch it.
F- but how do you get the dates?
W- if you can send me a csv files for contacts charge $75 forr 1000 contact. I love the seals 1 sale to pay for all the marketing.
F - I want to do that for the cool month promotion b/c it’s limited. I understand it takes time. Just to be honest though, in this practice, whatever unlike spark, our history is it works right away in 24 hours or it just doesn’t work at all.
W- that’s an incredible result.
F- anything we’ve done in the past weither it works right away wi/ the roi there or it stagnate and it doesn’t generate. That’s how it is for all of our marketing. Spark didn’t generate a single thing. Our pattern is different.
C- the ppl who worked right away are not longer working. This will get dialed in the first ten leads. You might get a few leads /w high ticker services. What makes us more comfortable int hat you are on the ball and paying attention. We’re Gina good job b ut the office staff has poor customer surveil. That’s makes it a lot easier. W - tummy tuck?
F- surgeon doesn’t want to hear that. 30-60 days. But if I can tell them in the itnerrum we can do a text blast that will make him feel better. He’s not like that at all.
W - I would be a very wealthy woman if it took a week. I would just quit this job and own medusas, I wish!
F- it’s just our luck and I’m been very forthright. Yes, we are not with the same company b/c they couldn’t sustain that over time.
W- we are a boutique agency, if we took thousands of clients like spark did I’d be done.
F- but they have your exact platform.
W- difference isn’t int he platform it’s in the ad expert team that is aiming to generate more leads at a lower price other agencies are paying hundreds for a cs lead, you are getting it for $30. We have a good market on our hands, you have a good team.
When I restart these ads, are you working with the same surgical ad team? Do you wan?
F- yess, do tummy tuck ad words. Just so the doc can see leads coming in.
W- should I run the rest of these ads. I’ve seen you’re page set up for not scientifically proven.
F- pause all except tummy tuck run a test, then we can start the rest.
W-what I need to expedite this- have web Deve team drop all to this up in a week (tummy tuck) and get this page up to get these ads up and lead up . Spring into summer body focus on non surgical
F- cool, 50% off, is fine.
W- we’ll create a list to hit all income levels. Low medium high include injectables. To get PPL in the door. Choose from.

W - now that we have this microsite, we love data, even the ppl that are out of town are going to go for it. Even the wealthiest people I know are looking for a deal. I don’t want to cheapen your brand but I do want to get peo[lel back on the hook.

F- no what’s worked for us in the past is $1000 off promotion that seems to work really well.
W- I like that too. How much can you spend not his a month?
F- I don’t know we were spending 25-35K a month but b/c we were doing nothing with non surgical but we have to spend at least what? 1000 15000
W- that’s a minimum. If you have extra budget to throw at it I want to give google what it wants. I’d be happier with a 2400 budget. Then we can go from there. Since it’s a high return on investment.
F- if we go back to google ads words:
When we restart it’s be at that orginal level then add in tummy tuck? Other campaign can stay paused. Just track roi on main things we are doing.
W- once you get used to working with us you’ll want to r un more cmapigns.s want to rewrite you ptsd for you. We’re rushing at 1 week, not 3-4.
F- you have a great reputation. No one gave me your number after all these years. I would be panicking stricken right now if it wasn’t for thats.
W- I think people gate keep us and don’t share your information and I tell our clients we are not in the same market!
F- that’ 3 years ago, if Ididn’t have this long, I wouldn’t think it’s not the same. I will talk to doctor and follow up with email. It shouldn’t be that time required for it to warm up?
W- I am not piggybacking off of your other marketing agencies anything.
F- but google knows we are running ad words for tummy tuck we haven’ been running for CS
W- anytime you pass an add it goes through google’s policy checker and in medical - wow, our ads expert is just fighting appeasls all day long. It takes time to go through the policy process then the more data them ore consumers it will reach. We’re doing dozens of changes a week but we’re never pausing to go back onto the google police’s desk. We want to stay below the radar.
F- ok.
W - let’s try not to pause again. I’m going to start the tummy tuck page, even though we don’t know the budgets. Won’t affect the landing page. If it’s too much of a budget decrease it may slow down but we can always up it. I want to give it enough room for pole to see it in area. Not turn off early b/c you’ve been through on clicks.

W- I put a secret shop on you already and we’re really impressed. I haven’t listed to it fully yet. What I recommend with non surgical is to secret shop 5-10 ppl in your areas figure out what they are doing b/c you can be so frustrated and then know someone across the street is offering at half the price. I’m price shopping for a car, I’m looking for the same car why not go for a cheaper version.
Then if people are price shopping you calm in with authority.
F- if its cheap it’s fake tech too.
W- did she tell you about her cs story?
F- yes!
W- it happens we’ve heard bad stories.
You really need to gauge what people are saying down the street.
I had a client who secrete shopped there competition was bad mouthing them to everyone down the street. It was good info for them to know that’s what was going on.
F- the sales reps they tell us for emsculpt we have 1 rep for all the 3 practices that have neo and efface so she told us what each of us is charging but we can call, and find out what they are doing.
W- some ppl are rebels they tell their sales rep one hing but do someitng else. They tell their marketing agency but I don’t have clients in your area so I don’t have a gauge for it.
Look at your competitors, what are they doing that gives them or us an advantage?
