Thanks for that video review. I agree with everything you said. Just for your reference, the LP campaigns all sucked from the beginning and never took off. They said they wanted to start off with manual CPC settings and then convert to automated…  and the EM campaign was setup by a woman on fiverr… i had to point out to her that the ad was displaying on all the wrong YouTube videos. I had given her a list of 10 videos specific about styes, but she never implemented that…

Chalazion is just the technical term for stye. No one pronounces it correctly! “Cha-lazy-on” is how I pronounce it. It’s actually not an over saturated key word, but rather one that doesn’t get bid very often at all.

As for our business model - our goal is to have people go to the website, click that “treatment” button… And then they fill out a form and pay directly on the site. When they get to the confirmation page, they’ve already paid $89 in the form. They were attempting to see who got to the form and who filled out the form. But I see your point about duplication of conversions .

Lastly, I’m happy that you liked  The responsive ad text - because I watched a ton of YouTube videos and wrote them myself!

I’m excited to start working with you guys! There are some specific nuances that I should talk to you about as we rebuild the ad campaign, so let me know when we should discuss. For instance, people in New Jersey who are searching for stye surgery are my number one target. They pay me $850 for a ten minute surgery, it’s awesome. All the other terms are good too - they’re paying 89 bucks.. And it really only takes me 2 minutes to deal with them.. so that’s more of a volume play..

I just had a few questions for you.
 1. You said you would be able to put into the micro site for Bergen Eyelids - a page with Cost of services, a Gallery with the three topics (bleph, ptosis, lower lid bags) and an About Us page. Just wanted to confirm.
 2. As I mentioned to you before - I had tried two other companies to do digital marketing - but they sort of flopped. In retrospect, I think that there was a lack of communication - so I would like to avoid that moving forward. How much communication we will have once the ads are running, so we can optimize the campaigns.
 3. For BergenEyelids - we had discussed doing marketing for Blepharoplasty, Ptosis and Lower eyelid Bags. Within StyeGuy - I foresee 4-5 landing pages: Infected Eyelid, Stye Treatment, Chalazion, Swollen Eyelid and just Stye. But they all go to the same treatment form page, where the deal is made.
 4. Just checking! With StyeGuy - I don't want to throw away more money trying to fix up a shitty site. If you can fix it up so the loading times are quicker and it displays well on a phone, so that the quality score goes up - Great! But if not, I would be OK with just investing in a simple new site. To be honest, I like something like this, but with a different color palette.

- Nicole is our Nurse Practitioner - she's doing most of the Botox, fillers and coolsculpting
- Bri - is our medical assistant - she has been putting together the before and after photos, posting to instagram, etc. 
- Melissa is our Patient Care Coordinator - so all the cosmetic calls should be going to her. 
- Jen is our practice administrator - so she is able to help you at least get to the right person and is easy to get a hold of. 
- Joanna has been with me the longest - and she does literally everything that doesn't involve blood!
