Good article, thanks for sharing, this type of work is really interesting and it has tangible/measured value (unlike PR/social, which we discussed is very hard to quantify the benefit).
Priorities
For you to enjoy what your working on and see great results in your work.
For us to see increased sales across all three brands. I want the sites to be as easy to use ("don't make me think"). I like clean, fast, intuitive, and super mobile friendly. I think you have the same feeling on design. I am not married to anything going on the sites now and open to any changes. The sites are too complicated. I defer to your expertise on best setup for conversion (I thought Charlee's site functioned very well and made sense). Both brands are launching new products this month so it is important for us to clean the sites up now.
For you to advise me on best practices and strategies for IG, blogging, Facebook, Twitter, and other social outlets you find are important. Specifically the type of content (keywords, subject matter, length...), the way the content is input on the backend (tagging pictures, format...), and any other relevant information.
Depending on how you like to work:
You can layout changes to be made and the web guy I work with can implement them.
You can make all the changes yourself.
You can make some changes and web guy can make some changes (e.g. maybe you focus more on A/B testing aspect etc.
Let me know your preference, whatever is best for your works for me.

This brand is changing to the name and domain NorCal Organic (norcal-organic.com) before August 2016
This brand acquired The Organic Whey (www.theorganicwhey.com).
We could leave these brands separate or merge them.

ProMix Nutrition
Quality and value. More of a mainstream market than Source. Think of it like it appeals to CrossFit people, they are more progressive consumers and are informed, willing to spend a bit more for quality but still want value.

I already outlined this. Basically we want to be the Soul Cycle of nutrition for women.
Goal: Build the best/highest converting and website from the beginning. This product will do well if we make it amazing and viewed like the Soul Cycle of nutrition.
