We see the same CoolSculpting dips in office too. After the holidays, people don't tend to purchase much until March or so. For January we're running a month long CoolSculpting special which will be "Instant Loyalty". Our Loyalty Program is for all CoolSculpting clients - they purchase the first two applicators at full price ($775) and then all future applicators for as long as they are a client are $550. It's working out great for retention. Unfortunately, we can't advertise a price lower than $600 per the company, but the ads can say something along the lines of "Instant Loyalty - a savings up to $550" prompting them to call for pricing, which we can discuss over the phone or in a consult.

Have you seen anything that's worked in the past regarding a special for tattoo removal? I'm having trouble thinking something up because it's not a one time price or a set number of sessions. We do have a "buy 4 sessions get the 5th free", but I'm not sure if that would capture brand new people. What are your thoughts? We charge $100 per session per 'playing card' sized area

I hope you're surviving this 'bomb cyclone' blizzard we've got going on. There's a couple things I want to talk over with you when you have a chance.

AdWords - How's everything going? Just a reminder of our CoolSculpting special for January, $450 savings / Instant Loyalty / lowest possible pricing for all applicators.

I've noticed more website traffic from tattoo removal, is that improving? 

Can we add some treatments / allocate the budget a little differently? Charis wants to add laser hair removal and skincare. I have a feeling laser hair removal is going to be super saturated because there is a lot of local competition, but let me know what you think. For skincare, the goal is to promote a $99 per month facial membership. It gets a little complicated with add ons, etc so I'd like your thoughts on how to simplify it for ads. Maybe target certain searched skincare concerns that make sense? Maybe we pull off some CoolSculpting budget during the slow quarter?

Website - I've discovered Wix and feel like a whole new person. Everything we've talked about re the website aesthetics is coming true, haha. I'm building the pages now (snow day project) and want to talk to you about switching over from WordPress when the time comes. I looked into it a bit, but I assume you'll have to change some things on your end? If we make the switch, I believe we'll no longer need our original design firm because we'll have access as the host, right?
