NewTown Lead Status
Thanks for checking in. Here's an update...
We have had 32 like/loves, 3 shares and 6 comments. We've replied to all comments and so far no appointments are booked.
The landing page submissions are as follows:
- 18 email leads
- 5 consults booked (1 no show; 1 booked another service, 1 cancelled, 2 are next week)
- 13 have not responded to our emails/calls
- Since I don't have a lot of experience with this, I'm not sure this is normal.
We are interacting with the comments, shares on FB in real time. As for the landing page submissions, we've been emailing and calling upon receipt of them.
If there is any advice on successfully converting leads (besides what we are already doing), please pass along.
