WZ - I am a partner at Medstar Media. We are a family-owned business. I am letting VJ in, she is a client success manager and she trains for lead acquisition. I see you are with patient pop right now.
DR - That won't be forever.
WZ - They have a good sales team (that isn't that honest).
DR - It's too bad their execution doesn't match their pitch.
WZ - You are in good hands now, it is my understanding that you are having a 4-page microsite.
DR - I sent Chris a summary and an overview. The first two for sure that we want to cover are Emsculpt (not NEO) & Liposuction. We can do better than Emsculpt Neo (we have Accent Prime, which is better than NEO).
WZ - The Accent Prime doesn't have a lot of searches, we could bid on those keywords but I just am not sure how well it would do.
DR - As far as fat reduction, Accent Prime does better than Coolsculpting, there are no BMI limitations or skin laxity. It is a wonderful device but Alma doesn't do well with marketing.
WZ - I believe you. When I look it up on Google trends though, it isn't even registering. There is not enough data.
DR - That's defiantly not one that we will build a page as. I appreciate you being honest. I have NEO Gen too but I know that there is not much search. Perhaps instead of marketing by the device, we can market by the name of the service.
WZ - Do you do any injectables?
DR - Yes we do.
WZ - Here is what I would do - Emsculpt, Liposuction,
DR - We do non-surgical facelifts too, including very effective non-surgical eye lift (we do it with the NEO GEN and Accent Prime, they are very effective). Maybe we can do a non-surgical facelift and then highlight Neo Gen. IT is much better than CO2 Laser.
WZ - Here is where you will get the ost search - Emsculpt, Liposuction, Botox, Fillers
DR - We can do one of them but don't want to do both, Botox or Dermal Fillers.
WZ - Google just doesn't like Botox, but Dermal Fillers does better.
DR - Ok I want to do Dermal Fillers and Non-Surgical Facelift. You have the overview that I sent to Chris. So I am listening to you to tell me which will be the best option. Most people don't even know the difference.
WZ - Non-surgical facelift, if you are making more, then lets stick with that.
DR - What about microneedling?
WZ - Microneedling might end up being banned in ads. I like the ones you picked, if you want to down the road add more then we can address it then. When you exit the contract with patient pop then we can add all the other services later. The important thing is where the ads are running and that they are converting well.
Have you ever had a Google ads account?
DR - Yes we had one with patient pop, they have refused to cancel...I have multiple gmail accounts.
WZ - Do you have access?
DR- They are the owner, I am the manager.
WZ - Ok, scratch that... let's plan to set up a new account. Here is a question...when you pay your ad spend do you pay to google directly or patient pop?
DR - I pay directly to Google. We can set up a new account with a new card.
WZ - I would just need the google AD ID ( I will put this in an email to you about what we need to get ads set up), make sure it is a different card and email from what you have arranged with the Patient pop. Okay now for FB...it is nice to get access in case we decide to go that route.
DR - Are there certain types of ads that do better?
WZ - Sometimes Botox and Dermal Fillers do better on Facebook, but generally, it is all about Google. Will you share your screen so that we can connect to your FB? What is your Facebook page called?

Right there it says page roles, then scroll down in the middle page, You see Chris' face, please respond to that request and accept. Woohoo you did it! Now we are in we will connect to the Ad account. Now you see the Wellife Ageless center, click on that then scroll on the left until you see Ad Center, click on the drop-down, click on "all ads" then show more details in ads manager. You have an ad blocker on, press ok. I see you've ran ads before. Click on the drop-down with your name. Vania will read the AD ID number to me so I can add to our notes.

WZ - Requesting access to Ad Account for full control. You see the "setting icon" click on that, then respond to the request and you will still have access to your AD account.
DR - I am sorry I have been paranoid, I will give you access but I want to be sure that I have access still too.
WZ - Of course, we just ask that you don't make edits without letting us know first, but our policy is complete transparency. Then I will go back into the ad account to refresh it to add people again. Allergan reps can stay off. I am guessing that you don't have access to your domain registrar.
DR - Nope, actually I have access through GoDaddy.
WZ - Ok great, I will have you log in to give us access to your domain registrar. Also, I want to mention that if we do run any ads that sometimes the comments can be negative on the ads, and we actually love that because it helps ad performance. Go to account settings in Go Daddy, then go to delegate access, please invite for full access to the domain. Go to "my products".

DR - What I just did is give you access to all domains. My contract with Patient pop is not up until June. They are in breach of contract, and if they keep going then I may have my lawyer send a letter to terminate the contract sooner. They are very fragmented...they have consistently overcharged me.
WZ - I am so sorry...I have a suggestion for you to own your own hosting, or we can host your website. I would never let you host something on GoDaddy because they have a goDaddy builder. Wordpress you can host on multiple. Hosting is different from Domain...from the years that I have been doing this I have never heard of them hosting for a WP site. I like WP Engine because I have never had any hacking happen, their customer service is superior. Vania can set you up with one, you would be the owner and then connect us as a user, or you can do it yourself. We have a coupon link.

WZ - let's talk about the ads:
1. Emsculpt Primarily like on Google - I am seeing $500 Emsculpt NEO - we can easily go $1000 OFF a Treatment as the offer. To start out on the ad spend I suggest $1500 on Google (if you have extra to spend $1000 on FB).
2. Liposuction (Bellafill is Laser and fat transfer, Beautiyfill uses a patented laser that preserves the life of the fat with the minimal recovery of 2 days). Need a blurb of the lymphatic process - How much is your lipo (5,500). Offer: Up to $1000 OFF New Client or 0% financing for up to 12 months. AD spend for Google: Start at $1500 (increase to 2k pending how things go).
3. Dermal Fillers, hold off on the ads but build out the page. Fillers: Allergan, Galderma, Mers.
4. Non-Surgical Face Lift, hold off on the ads but build out the page. (NeoGen device with peptides, it is a package). Google Ads: Start at $750 (can increase pending how they perform). It is looking pretty competitive, but we know what we are doing. I don't see any offers which give us a HUGE Advantage. Average treatment price ($3,000). Offer: 25% OFF New Client
My main concern is that you get people in your office to get your sales team to do the rest.
Targeting, it seems like your area is pretty saturated. (busiest area of Atlanta, busier than the downtown area, very central Atlanta). If I target too big of an area, I don't want that to happen for people to decide you are too far away. We will try 5 Miles to start (we will know pretty quickly if we need to reduce or expand that).
