W: Very possible you had one and it could be under someone else…play detective. Create a new account, if it is the same CC and it is potentially connected it would shut down the account. Need a new account. IF you did how long ago? (Z: at least two years). Let’s find one that is newer then.

Z: I get analytics to my email, but can’t get in. 

W: OK. We will start new ones for you. www.drglenbrooks.com I see a google tag manager and analytics…do you have a current marketer? Etna?

Z: Yes we use Etna

W: Can they give us access? I wonder if it is from their own account…yeah let's just keep it separate (Let Hector know).

Z: Used to pay ads to Etna

W: Good for us, unfortunate for you. We like to keep things separate. Access to your domain?

Z: Yes

W: Owner access? 

Z: Yes probably about 12 years ago. 

W: Share your screen? Go to the home page, on left, go to settings. Then select Page Roles. You are not the Owner of the Page. Probably the doctor is the owner. Go to business.facebook.com in another tab. There is one other way. 

Z: My desktop doesn’t let me get on to Facebook any other way than the way I can is as another person. 

W: Okay then go to Dr. Glen Brooks Spa…then to AD center…All Adds….Show more details. 

Z: (PAGE ErROR) We have tried everything and no one can figure it out. Facebook won’t respond. Can only really use it on my phone, so don’t really bother with it. 

W: Wow….You’re right Facebook is hard to get ahold of. Did you ask your marketing team about this? (Etna)

Z: If we did anything then it would have been through Etna. It has only been the last two years that we haven’t been able to get on to Facebook. 

W: Wow…I don’t know what to tell you. You can try to get ahold of them. OR likely have to set up a new page. I have to do this about twice a week for other people. You will still have your FB page, but this new one will just be where our ads got to. You won’t lose any business…but still worried about not being able to get into the AD account. 

Z: Will connect with IT to confirm before verifying starting a new page.

Z: I can reach out to our CoolSculpting rep to find out. We are Allergen's top 500. We were top 250 up until Covid. I will confirm from our rep. Crystal Rewards Program

W: Great, when a lead comes in. What email would you like notified?

W: We have a texting system, it is complimentary for our clients. They get an automatic text within a minute. Welcomes, text/call feature. We could probably train you on that system. Connect with Vania for SoolSculpting texting system. Let's plan on a call late this week or next week? 

Z: Not going to happen. How much time do I need to plan for them? 

W: 45min-1hr.

Z: Going to have to do it early in the morning or after. 

W: We could have at least leads listen in, and we can record. 

Z: I will figure something out within the next two weeks. 

W: Great, you’re awesome. 

W: Recommended amounts.

Z: I will run it by Dr. Brooks. But ultimately it it is up to me. 

W: Okay great, I will update that in the email. 

Z: He will be here tomorrow and I will confirm.

W: Ok great you can email or text me tomorrow. Will you search coolscuplting on google? I want to see what your competitors are doing. 

Z: A lot of these places are not even really near our area. 

W: Ideal running 50% off. What is the lowest you offer?

Z: 560.20 (Buy so many get 1 free is how I like to run a special) People don’t know how much it is when a % is there. I prefer to do buy 4 get one, etc. 

W: Okay, I suggest from our research…When you start doing the buy 4 get 1, etc….people think It could be 1 and done. I suggest (750 original prices), considering Coop/allergen (750x8)….That's nearly $1500 off, if I add that to the AD. I don’t want to scare them away from the click. Suggest get up to $1000/off 8 treatments or more, when they call, can give an even bigger discount. (TELL SELENA)
