We STILL have no access to their Crystal Clear account. The logins we had on the spreadsheet - Call Rail Logins - are wrong. We also have no login info on their individual spreadsheet.
I searched Support email and the only thing we had from them was an invitation to create Crystal clear account. But that was back in July 29 and has expired.
Can you please get us access to it so you won't be caught off guard when you have a meeting with him next time?
