Access to Spreadsheet?

I think this client has no spreadsheet. Or else I don't have access to it.

So this client DOES NOT have a spreadsheet and we don't have access to their website?
If they do not, then I am going to create one for them. 
But I also need access to their site since I am having a Javascript error on their Callrail I need to rectify. 
Can you please help me with this?
