-still waiting for Mind Body to set up online booking. Carolyn said she has been getting leads so she thinks its fixed.

-Carolyn said that we didn't approach the website edits in the way that she "initially contracted us to do". Whitney said something to the effect of fair enough. Carolyn lost her temper. Whitney apologized.

-Carolyn hung up and said she would reschedule call for when she wasn't angry.
