What hosting do you use?

EA: I don’t know, I don’t know web lingo. 

WZ: No problem (explaining the house/property scenerio)

EA: Is there an easy way for you to figure it out or if you have to change it. 

WZ: We will have our developer dig to find the Hosting (assign to Isaac), if we can’t find it then we will just buy new hosting (suggests WP Engine). 

EA: Okay no problem. 

WZ: Ever ran google ads? 

EA: No. We have never had or paid for Google Ads. 

WZ: I am going to set you up a google ad account, and google ads is very strict about setting these up, especially with medical. 

EA: Is it the same as GMB?

WZ: No but we can definitely use the same email address. I really like your website as it is right now. 

EA: Thank you

WZ: I can take over from here. Did Chris speak to you about the PRP on your site? 

EA: I told him to just redo my whole site. I paid half of the invoice. I don’t know if he has already started. So I don’t know if he actually already got started or not. 

WZ: We start once we get access into the domain and the hosting. That’s pretty much what holds up anything if it holds up anything. If we do have any issues, then we will just use our hosting so we can get going. 

 EA: I just want to make sure things will get done and to the right person. 

WZ: Don’t worry, we got you.

WZ: We bill you a month ahead of time, so anything on your ads account will be pro-rated since we are starting this new Google Ads. 

EA: Is this more spa based? 

WZ: This is what is called a start campaign, its not going to do much, its just so we can start familiarizing your account with your competitors. 

EA: Probably do the face & jawline? 

WZ: Don’t expect anything from this, if you do I would be surprised.

EA: Okay I can do it right now. 

WZ: Do you do any weight loss?

EA: Not yet. 

WZ: Have you heard of simaglutide? 

EA: I have tried it personally. I will say, idk, every person is different. The weekly one made me more sick honestly, because it delays your gastric emptying (I just got constipated, Idk about other people). I couldn’t tolerate it, so I had to stop. It works for a lot of people. I am not diabetic, so I was just trying it to try it. If it is not meant for you it could give you harsh side affects. 

WZ: Adding the team (Shane & Ivonne) to Google Ad access. I will have my expert reach out to you (Hector), you could sent it to him or he can send you directions on how to do verification. You can expect an email from Hector about verifying the account. 

Okay we will create you a GA and GTM (aka nerdy stuff that gives us feedback about how things are going). We will give you full access. 

Have you ever run Facebook ads? 

EA: We tried but it didn’t really work, it mostly brought a lot of spam. I mostly go Spanish speaking stuff that had to be translated and then the one person who came dipped when it was time to pay. So no thanks on Facebook. I want people to pay for what Emsculpt is, I am in Beverly Hills, I don’t want to have to work the ads like on Facebook. 

WZ: I recommend never boosting, and I am going to ask for Facebook access request anyway. Since I am an agency I have to request. Hmm it shows that we already requested it. 

EA: Let me check my email. Nothing yet.

EA: That might be an old account, if you go back, that might have had ads back in 2015. This is not the account we used so I don’t think that’s right. I do see one from March 2022, not sure what that is. Let’s go back and check, I saw my other account.

EA: Hell no. If anything I think they ruined my social media. I just paid them to stop posting. It was making things work. I am not an idiot…they don’t have anything. Every time I called I spoke to someone different. (Let’s keep minimal points of contact, second mention of stressing the importance of connecting with the right person for the right stuff - AW) They got their name, and didn’t actually know how to run their business. 

WZ: Yeah I hear you. 

EA: It was the worst thing ever I don’t recommend it to anyone. 

WZ: We pride ourselves in being sure our clients own everything.

EA: Just Care Credit. 

WZ: Once we get this going we are going to schedule a front desk and high level trainman and would love to have you on the call.

EA: No I live in Cino. 

WZ: Let me show you my location changing tool. Congrats, not many people are offering offers in your market. Trust me, they will. The steepest BTL will let us go is $600 off a package. Is that your current offer? 

EA: It just depends, they had to buy a package of 4 at $3000, but I don’t like to keep giving that. I am the only one who has Emsculpt and Evolve. Don’t want clients who are “Nickel & Dime”. 

WZ: Everybody price shops, but if anyone says they get it cheaper anywhere else. You can tell them about BTL’s regulations and there is a Knock-off out there, so I would question anything cheaper. 

EA: “How embarrassing to offer things in Beverly Hills that are knock-off, you should be reported for ethical violations” She is running ads, I see them on my IG, she has the fake machine…how do they get away with it? 

WZ: Don’t worry about it, you are in good hands. 

EA: One day someone will catch on and will complain because those machines are not regulated. 

WZ: Our job is to get you as many leads and clicks as we can. We stick out because we are really great at providing. I encourage you to keep at $600 OFF. You can do $500 OFF. If you want to discount more than that, you can do it off the phone.

WZ: Is Emsculpt NEO Offer $600 off a package (4 for $3400) okay? 

EA: Yeah that’s fine. I think the wording matters. 

WZ: Yeah of course, I encourage you to secret shop your competitors are advertising. I am feeling really confident about your area though. 

I suggest starting $1500-2000 on Google, and once we start amping it up, we suggest adding to the budget by the Fall. 

What can you do on Google Emsculpt NEO AD Spend $2000

EA: Is this separate? 

WZ: Ad spend is separate from our fees. We keep things separate for transparency, you pay us $2000 for up to 3 campaign management. You pay Google/FB separately and that’s your ad spend (suggested 1500-2000).

EA: Okay that’s fine. If you think an extra $500 are bringing more then go for it, go for $2000. I want to be able to ensure it is paying itself off. 

WZ: This is a good starting budget and google gets smarter as the campaigns get going. Later we suggest bumping it up to $3000. I will know within a few weeks how much your ads are serving in your market. I am guessing between 80-90 but it is changing every day (its like the stock market honestly). Morpheus 8 I agree that we should do Morpheus 8 Google Ad Spend $1000 and it is doing really well. 

I see Manhattan beach with $400 Off, but Im not tooo worried about that. A Good offer I am seeing across the country is $250 OFF Morpheus8. 

EA: Would you say for her $350? 

WZ: I would suggest $250, to keep it in the medium range? How about Morpheus8 $250 OFF New Client Special and radius of 5 miles 

EA: Okay. 

WZ: We keep really close eye for several months to be sure you and your team are off to a good start. Keep in mind you are welcome to advertise one more service, if you would like. You don’t have to decide now. Our management fees don’t change for up to 3 services. 

EA: Of course, I want to maximize. 

WZ: What I would suggest is Dermal Fillers. LHR was ruined by Groupon, however…lets look at competitors in the area…

EA: How about any of our devices? Hydrafcial? Because right now I am pregnant, and my point was to just get all my devices busy. Fillers are a different beast, it just brings in the real bargain hunters. I never discount in my personal service in may office. I don’t want to discount my injectable services. 

WZ:  Okay so yeah, let’s do Hydrafacial. Leads are close to 20-50/lead

EA: Yeah that’s not worth it, because of the cost for the service. How much longer will this meeting be, I have a doctors appointment? 

WZ: 2 minutes, I can email you info about Hydrafacial and I’ll email you about info in this meeting.
