Ivy Santiago, Creative Project Manager at Medstar Ivy  12/11's text blast started at 6:30 PM but is continuing today, 12/12 at 9 AM ET. That's not what the client intended. Can we look at automation for the 2nd and 3rd sends for dripping out 4K contacts and see if they can continue to send in the evening?

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol yes we batch 500 sends every 30 minutes to help with less failed attempts so it sent 3K yesterday and around 1k more between 9am and 10am this morning. I set it up to run for two hours until 8:30pm and to continue the following day otherwise it will be sending out until past 10:30pm and I just wanted to make sure we are in compliance with TCPA regulations as it prohibits any telephone solicitation (including text messages) after 9 pm in the recipient's time zone (known as "quiet hours"). Let me know if you still want to proceed with setting up the other campaigns to go out that late. Thank you!

Hi Ivy Santiago, Creative Project Manager at Medstar Ivy , I'm going to send these to Jaysaree and get back to you. I think she may have edits. 
-I personally  think it's hard to read the brown writing against the yellow background in the first send. 
-Both ladies are in summer clothes- not very Christmasy or wintery. I know it's hard to find good models! I see that maybe you are prioritizing shopping bags and gift cards - if that's the case the below won't work, but I think they work for the season.

I searched "happy winter woman" and found the following. Wellnessesity's population is caucasian, asian, and are near enough to manhattan that high fashion is a beauty standard
