Thanks for the feedback on the text templates. We will rework some of them. Many of them are already in this style. We mix it up with a variety. I wont be changing the botox campaign templates though at this time. We are trying to increase responses so we set up something very specific in that campaign using some research we did. We want to test it for at least a month before we make edits. 

Nicol  is someone making the coupon already? Or does that still need to be tasked out?
