Recap meeting: 9.30

Attendees: WZ, Dr. B, VJ

-May be opening up on Mondays soon.
-request for him to send over before & afters
-video for hydrafacial with HGF
-replace pic on membership page. low resolution
-move site over. Need to be introduced to his developers. Backup old site/copy. THen direect our site to fairbanksmedspa.com.
-He does not pay them to host. Hosting is through go daddy he thinks.
-BUT we bought them new hosting with wpengine.

-he'd prefer that we move it without talking to them
-Dr. B doesn't have access to the site
-WZ will have Isaac take screenshots of the website instead. 
-She will ask Isaac to move it over tomorrow night.
-They will be hiring a new person to follow up leads. We will train. 

-Dr.B asked about his GMB. WE NEED TO TAKE THE 858 number off their GMB. It is the other ad company's tracking number. 

-we need to link up their site to vagaro.
-discuss how to send review request from HL for them. Maybe with just the QR code or maybe with a link through the HL feature?
