-Login to HTTP://app.medstarmedia.com
-Click on "conversations" to see the leads 
-Automatic message will be sent- they are then able to respond personally in the message box below
-DND (on the right) - turn on if someone asks to stop being contacted
-People typically prefer being texted over called
