Sites are Down!
I just checked on status of this client and both sites are down. I am getting a "Connection Timeout" message.
First one is this one - https://fourseasonsobgyn.com and the subdomain we are doing for them here - https://sculpt.fourseasonsobgyn.com is also down.
They have been down for about 8 hours now.
Isaac, I am investigating on my end right now. Can you check on yours to see what you can find?

UptimeRobot has it as Running fine. However, I am getting an error on it which is weird.
I was able to get the https://sculpt.fourseasonsobgyn.com subdomain back online but not their main website since I don't have their hosting account credentials.
I noticed they have cloudflare credentials saved in their spreadsheet based on this it seems they had the domain routed thru Cloudflare to both subdomain and their main website. I tried to access it using the credentials in there but couldn't get in.
We need to ask the client to provide us access to their hosting in order fix it. Also their emails might also be not working currently.
Let me get in touch with Chris and see what he tells me. As soon as I contact the client, Chris or both, I will let you know.
I just sent them ( Sabrina and Aesthetics) an email informing them of what's going on. I also contacted them but I got their VM and left a message.

Yes already checked in this Cloudflare account. It's blank. No website in there.
Does this mean they have another Cloudflare account we don't have access to?

BTW, what else can we do Isaac? - Unfortunately - Without knowing their main website NS/A records and MX records. Nothing. And to find these records we need their hosting access.
Unfortunately, they have not responded to us at all. Let me try and get them on the phone to see what they say.
She says she does not see the email I sent her this morning which may prove your point about their email accounts being down.
She said she will contact the manager and let them know what is going on.

It appears their team has resolved this issue so it is no longer our problem.
