So does that mean there is NO SPREADSHEET for them? If so, I want to go ahead and create one.
No it means, we are not their "Web Developers" as we don't have backend access to their site.
I'll add this sheet to basecamp :)

Isaac needs access to back up this client's site. Once you get it, please let me know so I can provide it to him in another thread. Thanks.

A site like this ( one we do not have access to) does not require "back up"
Only if we are directly working on a client's site does it need "back up"
Because if we accidentally make a mistake to their website- it is backed up by isaac already. That is the purpose to the "back up"
This is usually the first task that is ever done when we are working on client's websites. Not sure why chris is making you go down the list. I've never seen a site we have access to not backed up first thing by isaac.

Thanks for that well thought out and professional explanation. (A+++) While I understand that we are supposed to back their sites up at the beginning, Isaac and I have already found a few that were not done. I will bypass this one and cancel the task. Thank you.
