👋 Leads Problem?

After beginning the CallRail audit for Grace Medical two days ago, I decided to secret shop them to test their response. I also wanted to provide Chris and Whitney with more material to present to the client.
However, I think I have discovered a problem with their Pop-up form. I filled out form here = https://www.gracemedicalaesthetics.com/coolsculpting
But I never got a confirmation page link like other sites provide. I also never heard from them and it was on the 17th. No text, no phone calls, no emails.
I then tried filling out the static form on that same page and filled it out using a different name and info. This time, I did get an email from them.
Still, both times, I have yet to get any phone calls or text out of both leads submitted, other than one email.

I have just finished listening to almost 300 calls from them. I am preparing the CR audit for them. I will also prepare a different SShoper report for you both to send to client. Just wanted to make sure that their lack of pop-up confirm link page after leads are filled out is not due to our mistake.

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris I suggest Whitney holding off until I find out if they are receiving these leads and to see if they call me after 24 hours. I will prepare the full secret shopper leads report tomorrow. 

I just called them and spoke to Cristina. I told her my GF filled out a pop up form online at 
https://www.gracemedicalaesthetics.com/coolsculpting
She said that the lead would probably go to Jessica and placed me on hold to check with her. Came back and said she did not know. 
So the first lead - filled via the pop-up is still up in the air. 
The second, which I filled out on the static box, I did get an email from Jessica, but still no call either.

how to investigate if you suspect a lead isn't being properly sent to a client:

login to where our leads are sent from: ( GMAIL ACCOUNT)
hi@medstarpatients.com
password: Wercool2019#$


go to sent folder type in "imagine body" for example.. see the sent messages and the email addresses they went to. they got them ( I saw)

But this is EXACTLY why we do these audits- to make sure everything is ALSO working on our end! Use hi@medstarpatients sent box if you suspect a lead isn't being sent to our clients.

Thanks for that heads up and explanation Whitney. 
I will check it out to see because the first lead was not contacted in any form. 2nd lead was only sent an email but that one went through the static box. I think the POPUP Box is more important since that is the one most people are likely to fill out. Especially if they click on Coolsculpting section.

FYI - they use WIX and it doesnt have confirmation pages. Whitney did we send them out an audit?

Funny thing is that I do not see the other lead which I filled out on the static right hand side form. Not under jessica@gracemedicalaesthetics.com  either. Yet that is the only one they sent an email to.

So sometimes welcome emails are not attached to both the pop up and form.
We should work something out where it is attached to both pop up & forms.

Sometimes designers are difficult to work with when configuring all of this. The clients who get the most leads have us designing their page. Interesting.

I think they should be attached to make it all more simplified so I agree with you Whitney. 
BTW, in another thread, I asked you a question about what happens to the leads we get coming into the Hi@medstarpatients.com account? Do the corresponding spas get a copy? If not, how do they find out about these leads? Who forwards them to each one of them? 
Is it something you need me to do?
