Where is the login information for the Grace Medical website?
I wanted to follow up on Secret Shopper Leads Test. You sent me a Tutorial video showing how to find where the leads where being sent to. You showed me how I had to visit their site by WP/admin login in the client's website. But there is no info on the Grace Medical Spreadsheet about their logins.
BTW, I tried to find the leads on the hi@medstarpatients.com folder but it is not there. They never contacted me for one lead so I wanted to follow up.

this would be a unique instance where we do not have access to grace's site. They have a designer we have to go through. So there is no way to tell, unfortunately.
Grace has unique forms as well ( that we aren't familiar with)
If anything is broken- it's on their designer. I'm worried that it might be as they haven't called you back.
Chris, we have to move on this because it means some of the leads are falling on the wayside. Out of 2 leads submitted to them, only one is coming through and being replied back to. The other one has fallen to the wayside or it is lost. Unless they are flat out ignoring it. But I did not see or find any evidence of it.
