Vania J, Medstar Vania - In this case. We would need access to their Google workspace account. They can create a new user account in their G-suite and provide us access to this newly created account. This should also give us access to their domain.

Add a user account to your Admin console

  1. Sign in to your Google Admin console. 
  2.  From the Admin console Home page, go to Users.
  3. At the top of the page, click Invite new user/Add new user.
  4. Fill out the form to either invite the user to your team, or add their account details.
  5. Repeat these steps for each user you want to add.
They can also provide us with the super admin access if they are OK with it as it would be much easier for them.

Vania J, Medstar Vania - Hopefully it will give us access to the DNS records of their domain depending on how they have the permissions set in their Google workspace. The easier option for them would be to provide us access to their super admin account.
