FYI: PREP for ONBOARDING- Info from Chris' emails

New Client : https://www.harborfamilyortho.com/ - Tushar Mital is really cool he is a smart business owner. The doctor is named Michael - We are rebuilding their website, launching a braces and invisalign campaign we need to run them both so they are effective lets come up with some Fresh ad copy for Braces. Vania is success manager.

  • Hosting: Right now Legwork (our patient reminder system) handles it-no idea where they host.  Ideally we would want a new website to be ready before we inform them of anything.  Also since we bought the practice like 1 year ago (only rebranded it 3 months ago), we also have all the original domains that forward to harbor family and we also indicate on the website we have rebranded. 
  • Google Ads ID: We started setting one up but never finished.  When I go to the google ads account it just says "let's get started" but I do see a number:  545-236-1915.  Probably need help setting it up.
  • Facebook page and ad account: Mike will respond with that information for Facebook/Instagram
  • Google My Business Access: Invite Sent
