-they added their payment information because they didn't recognize the card that auto-populated.
-Whitney explained how our billing and google's billing works.
-WZ gave access to Shane and Ivonne's emails
-turned on 2-step verification
-VJ messaged Hector and Shane to create the smart campaign for this newly created google ad acct.
-WZ told them not to click on any emails from "google" or "facebook" without showing us first. It may be spam.
