✨ No Leads Coming In

Doing my review of activity for clients on CallRail I have noticed that there are NO NEW LEADS coming into Huntington Dermatology. Last call to be registered on CallRail as a lead for them was on July 5th. 
I reported this to you in a separate sheet along with other clients last month. 
I tested the numbers and they are working since you can see my calls there. However, that was back in July 5th and July 25th. My test calls to them were the last calls this client has received.

BTW, I compiled a list with all the clients and I have a few of them that are going through the same thing as Huntington Derm. No leads in a while. Not sure where to post it or send it to you for review.

Hey Hector, I have kristabel reporting weekly on the last call in call rail so you don't need to report as well. Thanks, sometimes clients just don't get phone calls, instead form submissions. but its nice to keep an eye out and make sure everything is working

So does this mean I don't have to worry about the leads coming into callrail since Kristabel is handling that?

As far as a weekly audit- I already know when the last call rail call is coming in. But if u see something that might not be working- by all means, investigate it
