Yes. I have also encountered that every time I test the forms. But, as I have noticed from other clients, the welcome emails are delayed.
I guess, (just guess) it depends on the timezone of the client.

Jonnamae, thank you for that update. I understand the delay issue. However, I NEVER received any email confirmation from them at all. Not just delayed, they never arrived. Perhaps there is something else going on that we may need to look into.

Good morning Jonnamae and team. I went ahead and filled out another form on the website of Huntington Dermatology yesterday. While I did receive a call and text from them today, I never got an email confirmation from them; nor any kind of email at all. This is the second time I fill out a form on the page of Huntington. I used 2 different emails with distinct platforms, names and phone numbers. If potential clients are supposed to get email confirmation from HDerm after they fill out this form, then it is not working. Is this the case and if so, can we check on that to see what is going on?
