manufacturers push DTC campaigns there will be a decline, but the tech is fantastic
challenging barrier to entry for CS spend $3500 / patient
semaglutide lowers the barrier to entry, $250/patient
gone from 1500 to 10000 med spas but demand for weightloss has increased
less taboo now
we see it work well on social media. it works really well there.
not for everyone, google is best for some treatments but social media does serve a relavant ad to somebody b/c so many are looking at weight loss and botox for example.
how do you stay organized for leads?
Shumaila - we use lead sheet
not calling as often, do more texting. we use ghl. at least text 3 times.
we do get the leads but they are not buying. the numbers look good but it's not converting.
cz - 1/8 leads become customers.
how many out of the last month 33 leads were you able to sell.
any macro issues at play? economy
shu - have sold 35000 in cs since Jan 1 this past year. never made coop. machines themselves are 5k / month

closed 2 out of 33. you need one or two more but you are doing everything running the office as well.
if you had the money to hire someone, but likely trying to keep your payroll down until you can do this.
what about doing training on medstar app to organize the calls?
what about adding semaglutide?
