SEO Meeting with WZ, VJ, AVD Cirak & Zara

SEO Ketamine Meeting

-WZ explains that we are doing SEO for Ketamine
-WZ explains that we are going to create them a new GMB
-We need to find out what address/suite to use for GMB as soon as possible. He's going to e-mail WZ asap
-WZ explains that we are going to create them a one-pager
-They do IV ONLY.
-They want to rank for PTSD, OCD (mood disorder), anxiety, depression, OCPD (personality disorder), addiction
-He's not a big fan of chronic pain because typically the patients have an addiction to pain medications
-Zara agrees with WZ - Suite 206 - Suite C
-Phone number: 323-650-9883
-WZ says she will create them a lead sheet
-WZ explains Highevel to them. 
-Free consultations are done over the phone
-He wants to keep medical leads separate from Ketamine leads. WZ agrees with him
-WZ recommends keeping the purple and gray color scheme. The doctor agrees
-WZ explains that we will create 30 graphics for them to get their social media started and from there it's up to them to maintain it
-Doctor says he has an Instagram account started already: ketamine_therapy_la
-WZ suggests that he create a Facebook and link the two together 
-WZy explains that we are adding them to 25 local directories
-WZ explains that they need to encourage clients to leave reviews. 
-WZ asks for office pictures
-Doctor says that on their website they would prefer to call it "Ketamine Therapy LA"
-WZ asks if they can create a YouTube channel with their videos
-He explains that he's an independent provider. His social media person is separate from the social media person for CRMC
-Doctor says that Zara is paying the invoice
-The environment: cozy room, he speaks with them about their intentions for why they are there, then the infusion takes place, then they speak with them post therapy, then they go home. They do not allow them to drive home
-Psychologist support available on request: Jose Matadama
-Treatments are about an hour
-They have beats earphones to block out the sound
-Doctor says that he recommends being completely in the dark/silent. However, he says they can bring a playlist 
-They recommend to wear comfortable clothing, not to eat 4 hours before, and do not drink anything at all two hours before infusion time
-Do not take sleeping medications
-Doctor is going to send WZ documents with some "rules"
-No alcohol 24 hours before. Do not smoke pot 12 hours before. 
-Continue all prescription medication as usual (anti-depressants, etc) 
-He's been performing Ketamine treatments since 2008
