👀 No Call Tracking - Crystal Clear Paused!

During my check of clients I have found that YourFaceMD has a Crystal Clear account. However, it is PAUSED. That means no calls are being tracked.

I am not sure if you are aware of this which is why I am bringing it to your attention. A month or so ago you added a TO DO for me and Shane to set up their Call tracking account. That was marked COMPLETE by

. Nonetheless, the account is presently on pause on Crystal Clear site.

I used Google Ads call tracking on this account. The pixel is in place but no calls have been tracked. It's likely the the Crystal Clear code is conflicting with the Google call tracking.

I just found out how to activate the account back and it appears to be up and running now.

We do not have call tracking with Callrail they have third party that helps them with that.

Chris, I know they are using CALLING METRICS to track their calls. So are or are we NOT monitoring their calls?
Whitney told me she got a call from the Doctor yesterday that their CR account was cancelled. I went ahead and checked it, was paused, I activated it. Please let me know if we are monitoring them or if someone else will. Thanks

There are NO new calls coming into their Call Tracking Metrics account.
Last call was from me on August 20th.

It also appears that the CC on the account expired last month.
Wanted to bring this to your attention in case you have a meeting with the doctor soon.
