*put proposal together for SEO and laser ads*

Goals: to bring in mostly medical patients but I do cosmetics too. Bread and butter is medical and let cosmetic build.
Recommendation was to not leave cosmetic untouched. I told CZ this too, it's like this everywhere but in CA everyone is calling themselves an expert.
The type of patients are people who want diluted saline in brazil for $5/u. The ads are attracting this quality of people. it was my experience in KY as well. I wanted to try it.

I want to focus on medical. I want to be trusted for medical first and then they come in for aesthetics.

Specifically hair loss. I do a lof of that. Not the non-doctors offering hair transplants, I'm a hair loss expert that diagnosis the type of hair loss and go over that treatment.

Not a lot of derms here want to see hair loss. they don't like that type of client.
let's focus on my experience, dermatologic experience,

Haven't wanted to spend much on SEO first.
What most derms do is word of mouth, primary care, and other patients. building organically. haven't invested much time and money on website

JV- I think you should go w/ SEO. build you up with that in hair loss. Focus on that and do our research and meet with. you again.
What we need to rank for. get a foothold in that niche.

RM- most derms rather not see hair loss. rather see skin tracks, rosacea, so it ends up falling to these used car salesman type of places. a reputable md can diagnose then offer something that other places offer, but not a lot of board certified derms can diagnose FUA is one type of hair loss.

JV- there's so much content here. we can put together an seo strategy. you don't wnat to compete w/ 8/u patients. You're in such a saturated market.

RM - also I don't want to care of them, they are crazy, wishy washy, I end up fixing them. they don't understand the experience required. they don't no-show or have enough money on CC for a no show fee. it costs me time to convert them, even the cheap ones, then CC can't cover $75 no show fee.
Med spas would deal with them b/c they can't do any better. For me it's not my clientele. They're never happy.

We took away deposit just CC on file. no fee for consult if minimum of x purchase that still didn't convert.

JV - it's not ideal for someone out of country answering calls.  Could someone be in your office, train with you in office. Also a different way Americans and out country people speak. WE can train staff and how to convert the lead into the consultation process. I recommend someone in the area or in office.

*resend the report. Mays couldn't open the call.

RM- I do have someone coming in to check-in and check-out patients. I have heard her try to sell. I'm not sure if they are any better. She's my esthetician but she's still not what I would expect. I can rely on Magie to show up. Virginia can be available and we can try but my gut feeling is that it's not about Magie it's about do I need to be doing google and meta for botox and filler or pivot to seo which takes longer but a better investment?
when patients referred to me they are converting. Those become appointments quickly. Not sure that switching will improve things significantly but we can try.

JV - I understand if we want to pivot away from botox and filler.
strategy -  keep running dermatology and then start with SEO slow and steady. B/c you have expertise in, do a lot to promote you in that area, get you ranking, the way to go.

Running ads for hair loss is expensive. 5K / mo google for hair replacement. Continue to run derm ads

RM- not hair replacement it's a physician expert in hair loss. we diagnose and treat

JV - seo in hair and rank
keep running derm ads
train person to sell

RM- what kind of training would you provide, how long would it take?

JV- how to use the app
talk tracks I like to use to convert the leads. I look at the lead process in two segments. how they are answering the phone, how they are converting. the caller comfortable, excited, asking for that appointment. subtly but they do have to have the personality and like to talk to people.

do you incentivize magie? (yes)

Work on consultation to treatment process

not trying to be in a big sales pressure environment, but we do a sales training. if you have the right person with the right personality, we can train.    When they see me, they're my patient for life.

Magie: medical patients are not concerned w/ the deposit, rather that we don't accept insurance. I mention we provide super-bill to provide to insurance for reimbursement but they choose not to proceed.

JV: Referral program? structured to market to patients in a subtle way. we will reward you for referrals. membership program.

RM- concierge meds was my next step to look into.

JV: social media?

RM - i'm busy. one thing at a time. try one thing at a time. focus on that see how it works, then continue or not.

JV- social media young people in your office, inexpensive way, content, videos of you, let people know who you are, what your expertise is.
strategic partnerships and do events together. cross-marketing. events in your office? devices? patients events.

RM - abletive microneedling, prp, chemical peel, dermaplaning, everything derm.
No events yet. my reps have showed interest in supporting.

JV- they'll give you money for food. partner w/ yoga studio or high end hair salon. get swag bag, skin care, discounts. samples.
- high spending clients can do a private event for them and their friends. 10 people, person hosting the event gets discount. cheese and crackers. another strategy to grow.

RM- how long until we see results w/ google in terms of conversions to patients.

JV - had to answer b/c it depends on the market. You've not been running very long. it takes a bit for them to get going. the more people are clicking the faster it learns.
