- Google Ads issue potential: They have 3 ads accounts in same gmail. 1) starts in 840 for the Kentucky address. Has billing information that needs to be deleted 2) 802-137-0654 which we just finalized with a smart campaign 3) 723-534-1419 which was accidentally started, not finalized, can be deleted. let Rohit now, but not yet. leave it for 48 hours.
- They had Visa ending in 6052 on their Kentucky account, which needs to be deleted if they want to use it on new account.
- Rohit also has all hosting and dns information
- Doc believes that insurance can be very limiting in that the patient cannot get same-day care. They must wait for insurance to approve it. Without insurance she can offer procedures same day, and has more transparency in managing the billing for her patients b/c they know what they are being charged.
- Not sure if she wants to add any Spanish to the site.
- Demographic is woman 40-60 adults and pediatrics for cosmetic and medical. Men with hair loss.
- She has expertise, pedigree, can diagnose with skin, hair, and nails and offers same day service.

One more thing: In the future, please remove Chris, Shane, Selena and most of the other people from these onboarding notes. There is no reason for any of them to get notifications for this.

4. documentation. I know this is integral but I do have to choose or I will burn my day and not get to clients' needs. As long as I have it documented in one place and have notified the most important person that needs the information (in this case, here, you) then I know I can catch up on it later. The client spreadsheet is usually never updated, and I have several older clients with outdated information pending but - hours in the day and priorities prevail.
Dr. Mays knows the FB account needs an updated payment as of Wednesday, she said she would work on this when she gets back from vacation- I don't know when that will be.
