- Competitor Lolachi Institute. "doesn't give price over the phone" but quoted $570/mo for Semaglutide. No insurance. 10 min drive from Mindful Weightloss. Great front desk but could be better, noted that Dr. Lolachi has 15 yrs experience. $150 all-natural program. $50 consult go toward price of program. Compounded.
- Been prescribing Semaglutide before it was cool. His program is "more than GLP-1" it's coaching, meditation, and therapy. Not just the medicine. Wants the holistic approach to be manifested in the marketing. "you're not alone in this journey, we'll support you".
- Electronic MicroRecord Kario, SEO w/ Patient pop. They've combined. Cost $700/mo.
- No Ads. No refer a friend program.
- NP will start at the end of April.
- Can see patients in Nevada, NY, FL and pending in other states. CZ says we'll set up separate campaigns. Dr. Gupta will have a call center answering all leads.
- Takes Insurance: $350/mo flat rate, intake is 1 hr. see someone every 2-3 weeks, see NP, every few visits. always available.
- In CA hard to get a sterile lab license. Strive pharmacy getting compounded in CA so now everyone is using them.
- Prescribes Weygovy and Ozempic most, again for insurance. (Mounjaro has a coupon until june 30 but insurance will not cover it.)
- $350/2 months with insurance or 599/month w/o insurance
- Wants to do what Trimly is doing, weight loss in Beverly Hills.

- During onboarding we discussed one $2000 campaign. Dr. Gupta discussed doing campaigns in NV, NY, and FL too. I don't think he realizes this means $6000-$8000 on Meta/mo to cover all geographic areas.
