- Owners were running their own IG/FB ads and their own google ads. Google stopped the ads (prp) so they took that and botox pages from their site.
- Spark was going to do IG and FB ads. Owners not happy that no ads have run in the last four months.
- For now, leave the "Free consult" off of website. For future, Whitney recommended they take CC for the free consultations, charge for no-shows.
- Looking to do injectables (botox) and maybe semaglutide in future.
- Current Facebook biz page is connected to a person named "Modern Esthetics", making it look like a double. Jacqueline will try and link this biz page to her personal account instead. Currently "restricted from advertising"
- assignment, research adding a new user/switch main use to a FB biz page - 2023 instructions.
