- Existing ad copy. How do we stay on top of this? How can we improve.
- Different SEO verticals (Fertility Clinics, High Ticket Practices, Maybe Forensic Psychologist - Start with Dad, Also let's do some charity work - let's bring on one case per quarter)
- Link building: we use Fat Joe - there has to be other ways to build links
- Consultant - let's find a guy who lives and breathes this stuff. He will be expensive. Find him on Upwork. Meet with him a few times a week.
- Hire more expensive writers - people we can use to take care of medstar legacy stuff, do research, publish blogs for me on other networks, etc.
- Urgent work - let's have some writers or systems in place so when urgent work comes up we can handle it.
- SEO Network - let's join some groups go to seminars, etc about SEO.
- Perception - let's keep working on our reports, make sure they go out on time, use High level to send unique text messages to the clients. Like Doc Edelman, how are you, we just sent you an SEO report you got X amount of free traffic.
- Google Business - this is huge, what do we know about it and what are we doing
- Existing Business Development - what is the protocol to convert existing clients, when do we approach them, what stage, etc.
