I received a Welcome to New Beauty & Wellness email from them a minute later.
However, I have yet to receive a call from them. I did get another email from them today at 10:15 AM saying "Hi Antonio

We received your request for laser hair removal. Our nurse practitioner is available Tuesday through Friday and two Saturdays per month. What day and time are best for you to schedule a consultation?"
----
Still, not phone call as of today.

This is a secret shopper test call to New Beauty Wellness

This is a follow up to a lead I filled out online using the following information:

Phone rang, receptionist Andrea picked up. I informed her that I had filled out a form online 2 days prior and never got a call back. She said they generally wait until people who fill out forms online call them back. They are hesitant to call them since some people do not want to be contacted via phone. She then apologized about it.

I then went ahead and asked her the following questions:

How many treatments will I need? I told her I had grizzly bear type amount of hair on my back. She then said it depends on how I respond to the treatments and it would be about 3 to 5 treatments.

How much do the treatments cost? She said the full back is about $700.00 for one treatment. If I purchase them in packages it would come out a bit less. Andrea said to be avoid the sun before and after procedure is done.

How will I know if I am a candidate for Laser hair removal? She said I would get a consultation which is free first visit.

How well trained or qualified are the people who will do the procedure? Andrea said the person who does the procedure is a nurse practitioner and just below a doctor.

Will I experience any downtime after procedure? She said she did not know. I would have to speak to the person who is doing it and ask her about it.

Are there any side effects to the procedure? She said yes, there may be redness and other side effects.

Does it make a difference if I was taking any medication? She said it could but I would need to discuss that with the nurse practitioner. I would need to discuss what medications I am taking and fill out the form. Discuss it with Miranda.

I told Andrea that I was going to wait until I spoke to my Girlfriend in order to see when and if I would be scheduling a consultation.

Notes on the call - Overall, Andrea was extremely cordial, friendly and helpful. She answered all of my questions and tried to get me to commit to the appointment. She also went out of her way to provide me with all the information I needed about Laser hair removal.
