I just looked at the Google stats.
We have a total of 24 lead forms, 5 calls and 5 click to call in Conversion measurement.
Those have translated to 12 leads in our CRM that we have been able to follow up so we lost quite a few. Some may be missed calls or invalid calls but more importantly we need to figure our where lead forms went or why we show this many in Google but not in our CRM.
FILLERS - Good news is that fillers is doing well. I would like to turn this on for the FT L area
BOTOX - The Botox campaign has not worked and was 1 lead at $567 so I paused it. I think the ads need some changes and a few new ads which I will make but oause for your review. After review you all can turn them on.
Also the radius for Botox is too big. 85% of our Botox business is within an 8 mile radius. The current 12 mile radius increases the square miles served by a multiple of 2.5x. So an 8 mile radius will reduce the potential serve by 60%.
Emsculpt Neo shows 3 leads in Google at $272 each but we show none in the CRM. Kate, can you check lead souce and see if there are nay mis-classified please to another source.
Expaned Reach shows 2 leads at $100 each and 1 in Ad Group General Keywords
CS - not bad as the costs were higher and now are lower.per lead. We only have 3 leads in our CRNM so Kate can double check those.
But, here is where I see an opportunity. CS is plagued by the Evangelista debacle. Media, Social media and the resultant bad search results have killed CS.
I think we have an opportunity for EON. My thoughts are that we use the bad press to advertise for EON. We can use keywords based on CoolSculpting and add all of the bad on (Evangelista, Coolsculting complications, Coolsculting bad rsukts, is Coolsculting safe) and a ton of others to bring trafic to EON ads. EON has zero searches so we capitalize on this
