Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector - the team said they tried to call you back when you secret shopped them. They said the number they called did not go through, can you make sure the number you call from is able to get a call.

Chris, good morning.
I just checked my notes on this Secret shop leads test report and here is the gist of it:
  • 1 - The number is working fine because I just tested it. I also got a MISSED CALL Notice after testing it. (see screenshot 1 & 2 below). 
  • 2 - The text part of the number is also working since I just tested it as well (See screenshot below)
  • 3 - All they sent me was a ONE confirmation email. 
  • 4 - If they had called me, there should have been a voice mail of some kind.
  • 5 - Why they didn't ever reach out to me again - via email or any other way?
Bottom line = No phone call, no text, no voice mail, no follow up email from them to lead.

Bottom line: I don't mess around when it comes to secret shopping. Take it very seriously and put all the info in the spreadsheets as it comes in. And I always test the numbers to make sure. 
We will try again with a totally different number in a few days to see how they do this time.
