-MICROSITE
-Multiple locations, multiple providers
-Just Palm Beach location for now.
-Great sales funnel already in place, CZ encouraged texts. They use Salesforce. SMS magic is what they are using per CZ's recommendation.
-wants to be sure we keep in mind "the practicality of anything we create for them"
-CZ recommends the leadsheet to be able to cross-reference in case of an issue connecting/integrating with Salesforce systems.
-Palm Beach: targeting Chris wants to set income restrictions and geographical targeting.
"Highly competitive, heavily saturated" They are getting virtually no traffic right now. That's why we're on board. "15 miles is on the longer side but reasonable."

-reports from influx cost per conversion was about $1000, they're spending about 4k
-We need a new Google ads account for our ads since they work with a different ad company as well. CZ recommends they create a separate acct for this and give us the google ads ID. MAKE SURE CC's ARE DIFFERENT.
