-Typical lead protocol, lead comes into a marketer, marketer asks what purpose of call is (chief complaint, usually pain-related issues), the marketer gets more info then tells then they sound like a candidate for consultation, setting aside 1-2 hrs with provider "any reason why you wouldn't be able to make this appt?" get them to commit, they do confirmation calls.
-auto texting with hubspot. They're still working on getting set up. Currently, they do not use a texting app.
-they do NOT want online booking capabilities
